AJA 3G-AM-BNC 3G-SDI 8-Channel AES Embedder/Disembedder

An 8-channel AES audio Embedder/Disembedder, with support for 3G-SDI input and output up to 1080p-60, AJA's 3G-AM-BNC also features audio disembedding that is always functional, providing 4 AES outputs, and includes a supplied BNC breakout cable, offering BNC connectivity.

Its integrated audio embedding is user-selectable, allowing you to either pass 3G-SDI input audio or to embed input AES audio from the breakout cable, on a channel-pair basis.

The onboard AES inputs feature sample rate conversion to a rate of 48KHz, that's synchronous to the video input, and it is designed to automatically detect and configure to the input video standard. You can employ AJA's free Mini-Config software with any USB-enabled AJA Mini-Converter, which then provides an easy-to-use graphical interface with detailed information regarding current I/O formats.

You also have control over all the parameters of any supported AJA Mini-Converter, and the ability to load firmware updates from AJA to bring in newer features and functionality. All AJA Mini-Converters are equipped with a universal power supply that has international plug connections which allow for implementation around the world.

These units are small enough to fit behind a monitor, in the back of a rack, or directly on a camera rig, and come with a locking power connector that can't accidentally pull loose.
