Intended to be used with Sony’s HVR series camcorders, the P-V284 V-Plate from IDX features dual 2-Pin D-Taps – one 2-Pin D-Tap serves as the 8.4V (regulated) connection; and a second 2-Pin D-Tap is included for optional accessory power – its unregulated battery throughput voltage output can be as high as 16.8V with IDX Li-Ion batteries.The P-V284 is made specifically to address many of the major manufacturers’ camera systems with smaller profiles, and this plate was developed for mating IDX’s ENDURA V-Mount Lithium Ion batteries to a wide variety of handheld cameras that do not have a V-Mount style battery lock as standard.P-V284 Features:Allows direct mounting of IDX ENDURA batteries to the back of a wide range of professional 12V cinema cameras (i.e.
