Da-Lite 28802V 40.5 x 72 Parallax Fixed Frame UST 0.45 Projector Screen

The 28802V from Da-Lite is one of their Parallax fixed frame screens, with this model offering a nominal diagonal of 82 inches.

This version is intended for HDTV (16:9) images and comes with a Parallax UST 0.45 surface which makes it ideal for use with ultra short-throw projectors.The above mentioned Parallax surface is an ambient light-rejecting technology that features a micro-layered optical lens system that rejects light.

This new technology mimics the look of a television when it is on and when it is off, but without the glare from windows or lighting fixtures.

With extremely wide viewing angles, no speckle and no glare, the surface is ideal for applications in Pro AV.

Additionally, the surface is flexible, ships in a roll and is easy to install.Every layer of Parallax plays a role in preserving the image that is reflected back to the viewer in high ambient light environments.

Some layers absorb light while one special layer is shaped like a microscopic saw-tooth that blocks light from above resulting in the preservation of high-contrast, bright images in brightly lit environments.

This model comes with the Parallax UST 0.45 Surface which features a Half Angle of 80° and a Gain of 0.45.
