Filling My Tarros is a unique and interactive diary designed to help children develop self-awareness, gratitude, and emotional intelligence.

With three colorful tarros (jars) and a variety of activities, this diary guides children through the process of practicing self-care and understanding their own emotions.

The tarros represent different aspects of their emotional well-being: one for gratitude, one for preoccupations, and one for positive affirmations.
