A 4-way gas manifold is a great way to provide CO2 to multiple kegs within your kegerator or keezer.

The homebrew CO2 gas manifold has four O.D 5/16" nipple barb fitting output ports and one 5/16" barb fitting carbonation gas input port, which allows you to dispense beer from four kegs simultaneously using one CO2 gas cylinder, keeps draft beer pressurized and carbonated from keg to tap.

Each shut-off valve contains a built-in check valve to ensure that CO2 carbonation beer will not flow back into the gas line if the brewing keg pressure value is high.
