The fitment system says the bulb fits my car, why the lights are not fit actually? The same model may have more than 2 headlamp configurations, our light may only fit one of them.

What I have is aftermarket headlight assembly, can I follow the Fitment system to select lights? Sorry no.

Our Fitment system can only make sure the matching with original assembly.

Aftermarket assembly may be different with the original one.

Why the bulbs doesn' t work suddenly after a short period of using? Incompatible ballast may cause the bulbs out.

If your bulbs doesn’ t work within 3 months, check whether the ballast’s type is fitted (Method: Check the applicable HID bulb models on the original car ballast).

About failure analysis and solutions, What should we do if the bulb does not work? 1.

Please make sure you've purchased the correct bulb size.

Swap the bulbs for test to make sure the issue was bulb or ballast.

3.

Please turn on the car engine first then turn on the front headlight.

4.

Please check the headlight fuse.
