login to the website on the manual and download USB driver [CH340] & FORS-can software(PC Software-FORS-can).

3.

When in use, the 16-pin interface is connected to the car’s OBD2 interface, and the USB is connected to the computer.

4.

Some FORS-can functions require an extended licence, you can get free extended licence 2 months trial from official website.
