From the prize winning Santa Felisa farm, this Guatemalan Orange Honey coffee is a medium light coffee with aromatic tasting notes of Orange, Chocolate and Black Tea.

This batch of single origin coffee beans begins with hand picked purple cherries, which are washed and fermented by submersion for 12 hours.

The cherries are then de-pulped and concrete patio-dried for 8 days.
