They are designed for use with materials such as pine, plywood, composition board, and MDF.

Zinc thread inserts are available in hex-flush thread inserts and hex flanged thread inserts design with internal threads from 8-32 to 3/8 and M6 to M10.Simply drill the hole with a standard drill.

Tap the hole with a standard tap.

Turn in the insert with a screwdriver, bolt/jam nut, or an E-Z LOK drive tool.

The pre-applied adhesive on the external threads activates during installation and securely locks the insert in place.
