The Echelon Conspiracy is a thrilling techno-thriller that follows security consultant Max Peterson as he receives mysterious cell phone messages that promise untold wealth, but also make him the target of a deadly international plot.

With the help of FBI Agent Grant and Reed, the Head of Security, Max must unmask the player behind the plot to turn the world into a global police state.

Despite the name cast, this movie never hits the same dramatic heights as other techno-thrillers like Eagle Eye and the Bourne series, but it's a reasonably diverting entertainment with plenty of paranoia mixed in with the gunplay and car chases.
