The best gift a parent can give a child is to let them know you.As a genealogist, I have heard many researchers lament, "I wish I had asked my grandparents about their lives, when I had the chance." In 1979 I asked my grandmother, Lois Staehle, to write her memories of childhood.

My mother, Ginny Staehle, at age 88 responded to life-memory interview questions.

I also compiled my responses to the same questions addressed by my mother.Now, 10+ years later, I tackle additional queries and offer memories from my life - for my children, grandchildren, and future generations.
