They sent me a used bike. Right out of the box, the frame had scratches all over it, the teal tires had road rash already on them and the front fender was dented. It looks like they sent me a used bike. Super disappointing

This bike was delivered in horrible conditions. Filthy, both tires completely flat, severely rusted chain and bolts, one of the tires busted out of the wheel. 100% disappointing.

It arrived scratched, paint rubbed off on the inside of the box everywhere on the frame. The colorful walls on the tires are marked up and won't come clean, and the front tire rubs on the fender in one spot (not the whole time, just in one spot) indicating the wheel is bent. The splash guards are...
