15 WEEK OLD ELLA LOVES LOOKING AT THE FISH AND STARFISH. SHE KICKS LIKE CRAZY AND TRIES TO TALK WHEN IN THIS CHAIR. THE PROBLEM IS IT SOUNDS LIKE A MACHINE GUN AND GIVES MOM A HEADACHE. IT DOESN'T BOTHER ELLA AT ALL!
