I like these, and they dont upset my stomach. However, I do prefer the coated ones better eventhough they are bigger.

Just what my doctor ordered. 600 mg. Tabs kind of large but no problem if swallowing pills is not an issue.

I've taken this particular brand for years to help raise my Calcium levels due to Osteoporosis. The extra Vitamin D doesn't hurt either. So far so good. I haven't broken anything yet and my calcium levels are closer to normal. For me it's a win/win
