Have used this for years, keeps you “regular” without gas/discomfort (like many stimulant laxatives and some other natural fiber laxatives can). Recommend the powdered mix form, I didn't have same results with the Citrucel capsules.

When I talked to my doctor about Metamucil making me feel bloated, he suggested the Citrucel. It works just as well and doesn't give me that awful bloated feeling.
