My baby is just 7 months old and now able to sit up. She loves this drum and it will help her learn the alphabet and the way the characters of the alphabet light up is great. The song can get a little old, but for the price paid it's a great learning tool.

I bought this for my son when he was 6 months old and is now 16 months. At the beginning he did not pay too much attention to it. He now sits there and stares at the letters and listens to the alphabet. I love the fact it is in Spanish and English because we are from a bilingual home.
