My only problem was the switch on the back was set for kg not lb, but that was very easy. I have had it about a week and am pleased. It gave the exact same weight as my doc office.

we haven't programmed the scale yet. We are just tracking our weight right now. You do have to tap it a little hard but it is accurate.
