I really liked the flavor of this apple butter. Musselman's apple butter has the taste of cloves, cinnamon, and apples. It does not contain high fructose corn syrup which is an added plus. I use it as an ingredient in making my apple cider vinaigrette for salad dressing. I really like it.

This is the best homemade-tasting Apple Butter there is, I think. I use it on Fried Scrapple. I use it on butter bread. I use it on Cottage Cheese. Yummy!
