This is a great starter phone for small biz, however, I would recommend to buy the 1070 model as it has caller ID. All the options work great and it can be expanded to 16 stations

I can't believe they still sell phones without caller ID. I would not have bought this phone had I realized it did not have caller ID. I am disappointed with it.
