The only thing I didn't like about this product was that you have to unscrew the individual bands, making it a pain to change during a workout. I would only recommend this product to someone who doesn't want too much resistance, because they do not provide a real heavy resistance.

I have been using tubing for Cathe's chinups and pulldown modifications, and found that regular tubing simply didn't offer enough resistance to make the exercise worthwhile. I'm using all three of these tubes together along with my homemade door hanger, and I can finally feel it!
