The only problem I've had is I was missing 2 items from my order. I called and called and called and no response answered ..Please make it easier for us to get ahold of someone to let them know they missed something in our order. I did give a 5 star rating

They are plastic white spoons. Shaped correctly, got the jello to my mouth in expected fashion. They launched cheerios at my son with great joy and great little helpers when too lazy to wash my silver. Their ability to stir cream into coffee is crazy good! Top notch performance!
