The Ivory dishwashing liquid I had used forever because of gentleness to skin has been discontinued (or is no longer carried by our Walmart store). I tried this because it is supposed to be sensitive to skin. I'm using my 2nd bottle and have no complaints.

I like that this dawn has a lighter scent and no dyes. I use it for laundry duty (pre wash) and have sensitive skin to worry about. This soap has never caused any allergic reactions. Plus, it does great as a dish soap as well!

I soaked a qulit in hot water and Dawn Ultra Pure that have some red color that had stained the white material in the quilt. It did a great job. All the red came out of the white parts. It saved my quilt and I can hang it on the wall again. Thank you

I'm highly sensitive to scents and while this one bothers me a bit it doesn't cause nausea and headaches like blue dawn.
