We use twice daily with my son to moisten the inside of his nose due to severe nosebleeds. He doesn't like the spray but this gel works very well. The ear, nose and throat surgeon agrees it's a good choice for him.

The only thing that could improve this was if they introduced a line with natural fragrances of rose or lavender. Otherwise, this is the best solution for a drippy/stuffy nose that's been wiped raw from tissues, irritated passages from a cannula, or just dry skin around the nose from wind or low ...
