I have bought Atkins for several years to keep my weight down, and love it, but would like more flavors. Low in sugar, high in protein and only 180 calories is also good. I take my Adkins with me to Burger King where I have a salad instead of a burger, and don't have a coke.

Absolutely nothing negative that I can say about this product. We've been buying it for years strawberries the family favorite, but vanilla is a close second. This Shake is filling, tastes great non dairy and the steawberry is amazing. Low sugar and no lactose makes for a pleasant stomach ache free day until your next snack or meal. Great for all ages even my five year old loves the taste of the Atkins Protien Shakes.
