Not bad to assemble. Pretty sturdy, but paint was peeling on the smoker box after the first use. The wheels seem cheap for a heavy grill. Lots of smoke leaks when you close the lid but seem s to keep the temperature where we need it when we use it as a smoker. So far so good.
