This is the best for day 3-5 daytime. Enough protection to support you and let's you breath. Ultra thin let's you break but the coverage is great knowing you I'll be well protected.

i love how lightweight this pad is. they fit great and work well. if you have a really heavy flow i wouldn't recommend but if youre the opposite these are great.
