My optometrist suggested that I take Lutein 20 mg capsules for my overall eye health because of my age (78 years) and my problem with dry eyes. I had a hard time finding Lutein in the 20 mg dosage and was able to find it in Walmart while food shopping.

Because of eye problems my mother had, my opthamologist recommended I take Lutein. I've taken it for years with no similar problem so since I'm now into my 70's, I assume it's working. Best product for the price I've found!
