Taking one at the beginning of your day helps a bit through the day. Feeling a bit more spry. Just be sure to eat something with it. Doesn't have to be a heavy meal. Just something to help not feel nauseous, because its the only thing in your stomach.

When I went to get the brand name men's multivitamin they were out so I opted for the store brand and haven't looked back. Usually when I change brands on supplements my husband complains about it for about 7-10 days. When I switched he never even said a word and didn't notice the difference.

i would highly recommend this product to any guy who needs nutritional support like i do. i am a young guy myself and i don't eat the healthiest diet by any means. so that's why i take this multivitamin everyday!! it supplies a whole range of vitamins and minerals that guys need. five stars!!

These vitamins work just as well if not better than the national leading brand. For a fraction of the cost. They have the same ingredients Plus have more minerals in them. I have been taking the equate brand for over a year now and my blood work is the same as when I was taking Centrum.
