that's what it says it does for me but it's really strange to request a rating considering the fact that different people respond differently to this. it's worth a try to see if it works for you unless there's some reason why you shouldn't try it. don't take my experience for it talk to your doctor.

I have a hiatal hernia as well as an ulcer. This product completely takes away heartburn as well as any aching in my stomach from the ulcer. It is an off brand, so the price is a lot lower but it 100% works like name brand. I highly recommend.
