This lantern is very bright and is great for setting up the tent when we arrive at the campsite after dark. The base keeps the lantern from tipping. Seems to be good on propane usage. It is a little scary when it lights but it's better than a match!

Have used it every other weekend for camping and the chalet, love it, add the coleman extension pole to a big tank and voila you have the perfect lamp, thank you Walmart and Coleman as I purchased this at a great sale price too.

Good lantern for price.Not real happy about the glass globe.It seems rather cheep.But overall nice and bright.
