I have used this product for 15 years in our law practice and wouldn't change anything about it. It doesn't tear up when it is full of paper and other file folders.

Our company has been using these files for years. They hold up very well. My only complaint is that labels peel off too easily, however I'm not sure if that's due to file itself or the labels we use.
