I don't usually do chewable vitamins but a friend of mine takes liquid and was mentioning the fact that she feels differently in a short time after taking so I thought what the heck? I am on a refined sugar free diet so my only qualm is that these do contain sugar BUT I really do feel better late...

It is nice to know you can get chewable adult vitamins without them being gummies. Great to have this option for people who can't swallow pills, but don't want gummies. Thanks!
