I am in the process of healing from having anorexia off and on for 2 years. I drink one of these every morning and one every night with my three meals in between and I really like them. Lots of extra vitamins and minerals in these and their affordable.

these are quite good as the slimfast shakes tho i prefer the powder kind to add other things but if you're in a rush, these will do and i keep a few as a back up incase for w/e the reason i run out of the slimfast powder, then i got the bottle ones ready.

I use these on mornings when I dont have time to make breakfast or I'm on the go all day. I would only suggest that you dont drink them often because they are VERY rich in flavor.
