I had to return this item because the picture didn't match what I thought I purchased. If you get the 6 month size, the costume changes from a bunting to one that has legs.

The costume is made of cheap material, as one might expect. Size 6-12 months has legs, so its just not as cute as pictured... close enough I guess.
