For me it is the best non-prescription sleep aid there is. It works quickly and gently. I wish my local store would get rid of the diphenhydramine and stock this again.

On those occasional nights when sleep doesn't come easily, I take a Sleep MD, and soon I am sleeping like a baby. I awaken refreshed, with no groggy "hangover" that can come with taking some sleep aids. I highly recommend this product.
