It's such an improvement over using the shakie cheese container that most people use. This is as close to having freshly grated Parmesan Romano as you can get without grating it yourself.

My favorite cheese. 100% real cheese with NO chalky cellulose mixed in. I sprinkle sauce and cheese on a tortilla and put in the toaster oven for a quick thin crust pizza snack.
