I personally dont own any of these fish but i work at a little store that sells a multitude of stuff-including fish and I can say the ciclid's love them and i prefer these to the sticks 'cause they dont go 1/2 eaten and sullie the water.

I have used this brand for 4 years, My fish are healthy and so is the tank! I fed twice a day and they love it!
