For sleeping, these are absolutely the best ever! If you haven't tried them, DO SO IMMEDIATELY! So comfortable, and whoa....I'm deaf at night, and it's heaven. Use with caution however, if you need to hear a phone, alarm, or a crying baby, because you will be deaf to the world!
