I was looking for a waffle mix that tasted like the waffles they serve at the Waffle House, and this mix is it. I did add a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to the mix.

Love it. Nice fluffy waffles. I substituted milk and butter, instead of water and oil. I also added a little cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup into the mix. It was delicious.
