This is a basic "office" phone. We used 10 in an office for extensions. No frills. Sound is good. Good construction but light, not like "Ma Bell" phones from the past. But exactly what I expected.

This Panasonic phone is exactly what we want. Basic, but functional. Thankfully Panasonic still makes this model for people who don't want more elaborate phones with unwanted stuff.
