Taste is good at room temp, but if it is really cold, it is ridiculously good. So far, all of the Atkin's shakes I have drank are a great boost to my energy level. They are a great way to get your day started, vitamins and minerals your body needs when working to lose weight.

I am not a coffee drinker but I do like the taste of this product. It also has caffeine which does help me get my day started. I usually only drink half at a time. I can use as a meal replacement or just add it to my meal.
