I have autoimmune thyroid problems, which wreak havoc on my digestive system, and l-glutamine really helps keep everything working nicely. I use the powder at home, but that's not really feasible on the go, so I use these when I'm out, and they work great. I just wish they came in 1000 mg tablets...

I used to have bad sugar cravings. I take a couple of these every 4 hours and my sugar cravings are gone. They work. I just wish they made capsules.

They are not 1000 mg as listed. They come as 500 mg. They dont even sell 500 mg online?? Anyways I needed 1000 mg. Waited over a week for it to arrive at site to store. I was disappointed.
