My daughter loves Dora, so when I seen this fishing pole I had to get it for her and her Dad! She loves it, being that it's Dora makes all the more fun. The line might need to be replaced with better quality line but all in all it's a very nice idea for the little fisherman you might have!!!

My daughter loves the Dora theme & it gets her wanting to use it. The quality is great not just a tinker toy. It floats!! Yes, it is designed to float if or "when" dropped in water.

we have not gone to fish yet. From practice, the release of the reel is super easy. just press the big button. the handle part is bulky enough for a child's hand. the transparent color on the handle are pretty and my 5yo loves it. and the best thing is that it floats! this way i won't have to go ...

We bought this for our two year old daughter. She loved the fake fish and she could practice casting with it. It floats, just in case they drop it in the water, and if yours are like mine, they'll throw it in the water. So that was GREAT. Our six year old also liked it. Wonderful first pole.
