Very helpful for everybody and extremely efficient for those struggling with sinusitis or other breathing issues. This brings such a relief. Extremely helpful. Can't live without it but it is a shame it is so expensive and they reduce the quantity of liquid every time they make “deals”

This works great!! But do not use more than the instructions say to. You will become addicted if you use too much. Try to use only when severely necessary.
