i have taken cinnamon for 12 years to regulate my blood sugar as i am a diabetic. this is as good of a value as i have ever come across. i recomend it highly. i was using cinnamon for 8 years before dr. oz recommended it to his audience. it does not cure diabetes but it is very helpful.
