If you are having twins than this extra attachment is needed... Then you can push both babies in their car seats and not worry about waking them if they are sleeping. I have evenflow embrace car seats and they fit perfectly with them.

I think it works very well expecially if you need 2. I do think that 2 should come with the stroller verses having to spend the extra cash. There are no features to this just snap and go.
