I have been taking this potassium for years. I started taking this supplement when I started doing the Keto diet because you don't get the potassium you need on that diet. I do feel like it has helped with muscle cramps

Although I eat a lot of bananas and other potassium rich foods, I realize that I still need a potassium supplement. So, every morning with my breakfast, I take 4 of these along with my multi vitamin pill. I feel wonderful.

Great potassium supplement to help ensure you are getting some in your diet. I had a blood test which showed i was deficient in potassium which is crucial for heart health.

I would have to eat bunches of bananas to get the nessary amount of potassium your body needs. These are much easier than trying to eat bunchs of bananas.

I am using this product regularly. The label states, each caplet provided 3% of the current recommended "daily Value" . I find these caplets are easy to swallow, even in groups. Sometimes, Walmart offers a double pack of the 250 bottles which can be an even better buy.
