I've been taking this daily, actually the blue one with more immune support, since December of 2020. I'm 78 and have not had so much as a sniffle. No colds, no flu, no nothing. Typically I would have at least one bad cold a year. And, no, I haven't had the ubiquitous vaccines they keep pushing.
