I was a little apprehensive about an electric winding garden hose rewinder, having used the Suncast Autorewind product (now discontinued) before, This new one works! Just check when you open it that the electric leads haven't become unclipped, and remember! this works only when the lid is closed....

This is the best hose reel I've ever owned. Love it and so easy to use. So good in fact I ordered a second one. It says 100ft hose but my hoses are more like 125' to 150'. We used them all summer and no problems. Only had to charge the battery once all summer. Way better than water powered.

I love the convenience of this battery powered hose reel. It really comes in handy when you're taking your hose in and out a lot, it becomes very heavy so this makes the work of putting it back in so nice. And the battery is rechargeable. We have three of them now. That's how much we love them.
