Wonderful for sleeping. No looping. Nice and compact. Good volumn. The only thing that I am not totally happy with is the on/off switch. I prefer a knob switch. But other than that, it is great.

This Marpac sound conditioner/machine delivered according to the specifications. It simulates various sounds. However, I had been using a fan for sound to mask outside noises when sleeping during the day & decided to exchange it for a different Marpac model to replicate that particular sound.

A bit pricey, but definitely gets the job done. Adjusts from deep white noise to a rain sound and has a sea shore setting if you like that. With the volume control you can turn it up pretty loud. I use it to sleep and block the outside noise and it works great!
